      Lisa Gleason is a nightmare to work with. I absolutely hate to call there and she answers the phone. She is always reluctant to do anything. She is NEVER helpful. I asked her to do something for me and she replied "do I know anyone in another branch that knows me that can do it"? I said yes, Mrs. Deborah. Mrs. Deborah is WONDERFUL! She always goes out of her way to help with anything. However, she was unavailable so I called back and spoke with a sweet lady named Gayle WHOM I DO NOT KNOW and she was able to take care of all my needs. I absolutely do not want to have any dealings with Ms. Lisa if I need any assistance whatsoever because she is not customer service or phone friendly and clearly not there to do her job! As far as the banking institution goes it is a great bank and all other staff have been great!
