I was speaking to a loan officer regarding refinancing a $1.3MM loan and we soon concluded they could not match what I already have. I contacted them as they sent me something in the mail. Okay, fair enough. What happened next was stunning. I told the lady (who telephoned me) that I was considering moving $50K into and account I currently have with them and WHY is was I wanted to do so. The line went dead. I suppose she does not care about such things as she's in the RealEstate Division of the compny. Being hung-up on is highly disrespectful. If we were inadvertantly cut-off she could have called back. Nothing. Instead I am here telling what happened.
