      I have done business with them for 20 years and only had a couple of problems with my stuff getting damaged but they took care of the problem when I brought it to their attention. If you pawn something make sure everything is as it was when you pawned it, because they wouldn't take it in pawn if it didn't work you shouldn't pick it up unless it is in working condition. Even if it means having them test it for you before you receive said item it makes all the difference especially after you walk out that door with the item.

      This place has been helping me for years now. Without their help I'd of found myself spending a lot of gas money traveling to KC. I've seen quite a few employees come and go. If you treat them with respect they'll do the same to you. They might not all be the most friendly people. However, they are professional and polite. 10/10 would recommend.
