A person was trying to get my debit card information. So, I had to cancel out my old one and get a new card. I am from Illinois. The banks out there will issue you a debit card right there. I had to wait for a week in a half. the associates act like they didn't care. I never been to a bank or credit union like this. They suppose to make sure you have a temporary debit card.

We do have rush shipping options available as well as prepaid Visa gift cards as alternative options and we do apologize if you were not made aware of those. We also have it on our roadmap to provide more options in the future so that members may not have to wait for a debit card in the mail.
