  So much more than a financial counseling company! They treat me (and my family) like their own family. They have been there for me offering sound advice through every major hurdle I've been through. From starting a business to buying a house, the services they provide are comprehensive. They share with me a genuine concern for my financial success.

  Wasnt advised that their would be a fee for me giving them money even if im doing a direct deposit for a savings acct. I don't like the fact that I wasnt made aware of this leaving after attending several appointments with different reps and that is why I'm changing my review to a one-star. This is something that should be told to a person up front this should never be something that is hidden from a person. Or added in to a fee or renamed to look like its something else, it should be called exactly what it is a fee that is paid to the person who is sitting behind the desk. no one likes surprises and if you tell a person up front that you charge these type of fees they may be more open to it but no one likes surprises. I think the company preys on Military members and that's my personal opinion and that's that. And no one can change my opinion.

In fact, we hold ourselves to a fiduciary standard in all of our client relationships. That means we have an obligation to always put our clients’ interests first when providing advice and financial recommendations. We also feel that our fees are competitive and we certainly aren't trying to deceive anyone (especially our service members and their families - many of whom are employees with us).
