      They do not put their customers 1st or back MasterCard !!! I placed a pay for shipping only offer for supplements using my MasterCard debt card and once they had my card number they took almost $200.00 out of my account. I never went on their website or checked any boxes stating I was subscribing for more. I told the bank this and even provided screen shots of what I did on my smartphone. First Commerce Bank put my money back in my account however only to take it back out a month later because the scammers said different and my word as a MasterCard user doesn’t mean anything ! If this was Wells Fargo or Bank of American this wouldn’t have happened. I’m 67 years old and smart enough to know that this bank just doesn’t know how to put their customers 1st! Now I have to take this issue to consumer affairs and to MasterCard myself, obviously they don’t know how to protect their customers and aren’t interested in protecting them !
