      Worst bank ever soooooo many fees. If you're black don't apply for loan no matter how long you've had your account it's going to get denied.

      I cannot say enough great things about the customer service we received while refinancing our truck and home with First Commerce CU. When we first called Brett Smith late on a Friday afternoon, we were just "window shopping" and slightly considering refinancing our truck. We were so impressed with Brett's disposition, listening and carefully responding to our (many) questions and Brett's willingness to complete the application on our behalf over the phone. Because of Brett Smith and the chance to lower our interest rate significantly, we decided to move forward with refinancing our house as well. You think the best day is when you buy your house, but I think it's actually the day you decide to refinance with First Commerce CU. Our only regret is not moving things over sooner. A huge thank you to Brett Smith, Barbara Anderson and Maggie Gray for giving us peace of mind and helping us save $220/month.
