      Id give this place a negative 5 if I could.. My dealership sent my loan to this place and 3 months later I have received nothing from them. I have to call to make a payment or open a checking account with them to pay online.. Service is horrible and not even a live person at the branch for tellers. I shouldn't have to beg a bank to take my money for crying out loud In response: Then why can you just send me the stuff needed in an email or mail like normal banks would? I’ve asked 3 times for it now.. it’s been almost 3 months!!
