      I have had no problems with this branch. I was happy to be able to stay at the same location I have used for years. The change over from First Merit was simple with no problems. Everyone at this branch has always been very caring and helpful.

      I’d give them zero stars if I could. Worst bank ever! They flat-out lied about having gotten in touch with us about our loan. Save yourself the heartache and go elsewhere for your banking needs!

      I gave it one star only cause I HAD to choose something! This place is a joke! A nightmare! I want my Firstmerit back NOW! Thanks for tricking us into "joining" first common wealth bank when we thought we were joining Huntington! You know what I'm talking about corporate lunatics! We had nothing but problems with this bank. Save yourself the hassle. You will never be able to close your account!
