      Horrible Horrible Bank. I have never in my life dealt with a more disorganized staff and management. I live in a rural area and wanted to have a local bank for my business and wow do I regret my decision. This bank has the worst communication on the planet. Management never calls you back, and when they do they tell you want you want to hear and then never follow up with anything they are supposed to. After I file my taxes I will be pulling my business from this bank and will never return

      Not only are the hours ridiculous, but the service is sub-par. Every time I have managed to catch this branch open, it's more hassle than it's worth. This is the worst first commonwealth bank I've ever been to. The clerks heckle and harass you regardless of what your doing. Went to cash a paycheck, spent an hour waiting for the manager to tell me that they could cash it, other branches it was a three minute task. Went to get a withdrawal, even with an ID, bank card and account number, still have to supply a social security number among other things and answer a bunch of personal questions that aren't any of their business. Don't waste your time, drive a half hour into Indiana and go to a real branch for this bank. First commonwealth is a good bank, this branch is terrible.

      I think it's insane that they close at 1 definitely not enough time to get there is haven't caught them open for a out a year now so disgusted with it don't even know how these people make a paycheck
