      Exceptional Customer Service. As a business owner, I do business with many local banks. First Community Bank's customer service excels above the rest. Rachel, my business' personal representative for my business accounts, responds promptly and addresses any questions or tasks I've presented her. She quickly connects me with ones in charge of the personal accounts when I've needed anything on that side. Amy, in the local Powdersville branch, responds quickly as well. They follow up. They make an effort to know who I am and are familiar with my accounts and needs. I own a small business, but they make me feel important and valued. Their processes flow smoothly.
