  First and foremost to whom it may concern. My experience on 02/26/2022 led me to have a new outlook on banking. Eric Rodriguez and Anna went above the call of duty ensuring that my needs were met. I commend the tellers above along with Aldo who've shown me time and time again a dedicated and persistent effort in maintaining a level of professionalism that I wish all banks had. Thank you so much for your service to our community. 🙏

  I have been attended by Mrs. Ochoa for years and she has been nothing but professional and extremely nice. She is an asset to the banking industry and to attack her is dishonorable. Rey Salinas check your conscience before you post blasphemy due to your anger at being charged to cash a check, it isnt the bank employee who makes these rules.

  First Community Bank in McAllen is awesome! I've been banking with them for over 5 years now, and the service is always terrific! They have wonderful customer service from the tellers, lenders, and all of their employees. Bonus....ANY Stripes ATMs can be used FREE of charge!!! I was going to leave a Google Review today to praise First Community Bank on what a wonderful job they have done as my bank over the past few years, and sadly stumbled upon the ONLY negative review given to them. After reading it, I must include my own personal experiences with the teller mentioned in that review... Gloria Ochoa is an AMAZING bank employee. I never use the drive-thru. I always go into the lobby. Every time I go in, Mrs. Ochoa remembers me BY NAME. I often come in with my two small children, and Mrs. Ochoa offers them lollipops and asks them about their day. She is so kind and does such a fabulous job at customer service, making everyone she comes in contact with feel like a part of the First Community Bank family. She's an amazing employee and her customer service skills are impeccable! I've seen her interact with other customers, and she treats everyone with the utmost respect. She is a true-professional. More businesses need customer service like hers. She's truly wonderful at what she does!!! Long story short, First Community Bank in McAllen is great! I've enjoyed every minute of banking there, and as long as they keep employing people like Gloria Ochoa, I look forward to banking with them for years!
