      I make a point to ALWAYS go inside the bank. The employees here are the BEST!

      They continuously put my account into the negative on purchases, even though I have overdraft protection and have since I started my bank account. I can't pay my rent without my bank declining it but noooooooo of course my electric can just go through and be taken out and put me -$200 because of all the stupid charges I have to deal with.

      Made me go through a long drawn-out process had a check to cash of a person that had an account there check was good had ID made me wait in the Drive-Thru line to call the person and have them call the bank to okay it thought it was a little extreme but other than that staff was friendly
