      zero stars, they stopped providing a service i was using and then when i called about it they lied and said they never had it, the debit card they gave me won't work for most online payments, and the "security code' they're supposed to text me to get into online banking never shows up thus locking me out of my own bank account. I never would've set up the account to begin with if i had known how terrible they were.

      Not being open on Saturdays is very inconvenient. I don't like having a cap on my money. I can't get my money on Saturdays because they don't open on Saturdays. Most banks do half days on Saturday. I am going to change banks .
