      In my opinion and per my experience, First Community Bank is THE BEST! We have banked with FCB for decades and they have always been friendly and helpful. Recently, we have moved out of state. If my new local bank is half as nice and professional, I will be content.

      They let anyone drafts your acct and as many times as they want! Told them many times not to let 3 life ins policies draft when only one was valid! Had 3 drafts coming out even after showing letters from the life ins policies wanting another payment method since no longer have permission to draft my checking acct? The manager saw the letters and still let them draft twice after seeing the proof and I even closed first acct opened another so no more drafts would take my checks with OD charges and they let it happen again! For 4 months I didn't get my whole SS Check because of their mistakes drafting my acct and charging 2 or 3 OD fees at a time! And their the ones that reported the fraudulent charges coming through when they did! And after investigating and they put back some fees? They know that every entry after that had a fee too! But didn't refund those because of their mistakes! And I know every week I had to get them to fix my mobile acct access because I had fingerprint and it kept asking for password? They had to access and let me back in? I ran out of passwords! Attitudes started by staff since day 1 I walked In the bank! My friend even noticed it!

      I was banking and one teller got rude about their pen!!! I just needed one to fill out a form!! Needless to say if you’re a bank and u can’t spare one pen when I see 7 in a jar on your desk u shouldn’t be in business!!! At the other bank I don’t have any trouble with that!!!
