      I am new to the area and called with some basic questions about their accounts. I spoke with the rudest woman I think I have ever spoken with as a customer. I believe she said her name was Katie or Kari. Either way she cost this bank a customer. I went across the street to Bank of America and was treated with kindness and respect.

      My aunt lives in Berea but goes to the Easley branch if she needs to go inside the bank because the women at the Berea location are so rude. Please avoid this bank or at least this location is you like to be treated with respect as a customer.
