      I can not wait to not bank with First Community anymore. Customers are not a priority to them. ANYTIME we call or try to get anything done... loans, transfers, etc they are of zero assistance. It’s always ‘someone will call you back’ and they NEVER DO. We have been trying to access some of our money for over a week and get everything out of this bank. We can not get anyone to help us at all. If we could drive 3 hours and walk in and not leave until we had our money we would, but they inform us their lobby is not open and we can not come in. They are essentially holding our money hostage.
