      The bank i was dealing with finally broke the last straw... done business with them for MANY years... when I needed them for an emergency...suddenly I was a total stranger to em... I walked into this bank told them what was going on and they had me going almost immediately... since then I have always had pleasant interaction with them and will continue doing business there.

      set up my account 4 months ago. it was supposed to be automatic savings transfers to cover cking as needed. with a $2,000 plus balance in my svgs, while I'm out of town with no internet, I was charged $187 for very small visa charges to my checking. They did not give me the courtesy of a phone call. These transactions were supposed to be covered by my svgs balance. I am closing all 3 of my accounts today.
