      Up until 4 weeks ago i would have given 5 stars. Very friendly personnel, easy financing. My issue is with the automatic tellers, i was trying to pay off my last car loan with cash and a check. I inquired with the clerk on-site about my pay off amount so i could write a check for the difference in cash i had. Went to the teller machine as instructed by the clerk, was told to insert cash first then the check after that was accepted. Inserted the cash, the machine started to count it then stopped and gave all the cash back except for 60 dollars. The clerk saw i was having problems with the machine and came over to help. I was told they would audit the machine that night and she wrote up a discrepancy report and said when they find the missing 60 dollars they would deposit it back into my account. Long story short. They never found it and now i am out the 60 bucks. Closed the acount today, figured if they took 60 bucks from me this time, how much will they take next. 12 years there with multiple loans now going to another credit union.
