  Very nice branch, They are always kind and respectful and you can feel that everyone there must be happy with their job because every single time i've went there to make a payment or withdrawal some funds..every single person that works there has the same kind of kindness and respect towards us members of this Credit Union. I also want to point out that this Credit Union is one of the best Credit Unions I've ever been a member with..they provide so many extra perks and features for its members and when ever you have an issue..they are ready to help solve it quickly with you and it gives you a feeling they are truly interested in each member's satisfaction and overall happiness with them..on a one on one basis.

  Terrible experience today when in there this week to get a loan on Au TV had it all set up for 84 months and so we went in today to make sure the paperwork was all in order they told me no told me no that they could only go 60 months I was upset John called me from 1st credit Union in Rockford I told him we were gonna pull we've been a member for 12 years we're pulling all of our money out And he said fine do what you gotta do and by the way our credit score is well over 800 so 1st community credit Union does not care about people

  I have had accounts with First Community Credit Union for a couple of years now. The rates for their loans and credit cards are amazing! This and the perks for one of their checking accounts is why I moved from JPMorgan Chase to FCCU. Unfortunately, the app and the customer service have been underwhelming. I did take a survey and the President of the CU called me that day. That was unexpected and appreciated. Still the service that I receive on a regular basis still leaves me wanting more.
