      We've been a member of FCCU since we joined in Monroe over 25 years ago. They don't charge the fees that other places do, and that helped make our raising a family a better experience.

      I seen I'm not the only one with this issue but these guys are greedy thieves. I have transactions pending and I would have been okay except as soon as an auto payment hits my account, these pending charges become OD FEE OD FEE OD FEE OD FEE at $32 a pop. They are going to end up taking nearly my entire up coming check. I guess I don't really need money to raise my kid, pay bills, buy food etc. Soon as my vehicle is paid off I'm done with these corporate scumbags.

      I rarely give a bad review, and I always try to see things from others' perspectives. However, I've dealt with Jack Gill twice at FCCU, and both times Ive had to walk away from him. I dont understand how someone could be such a smug, condecending and arrogant human being without any provocation. The issue could easily have been resolved had he just appologized for his mistake, rather than continue to place blame on my son who is a credit union member. I have several accounts with them, and am now questioning whether I should move to another bank or credit union. I'm not sure a third encounter with him would end as quietly as the first two. I'm very disappointed in his behavior, to say the least. I would expect more from someone in his position!
