Bruce is my go-to for mortgage loans for my clients. Unlike many, he answers the phone when I call or messages me right away to let me know he will call back when available. And he always calls back. He's always knowledgeable about what's going on with my client's loan at every step of the process and he helps them understand what's going on so that they feel like they are kept in the loop at all times. It's so much less stressful for everyone involved when you have a mortgage loan officer who is available when you call. I appreciate that about Bruce. Not to mention he's just a great guy to work with.
