They do not know how to communicate! They are unorganized and rude. Nobody knows what's going on so they pass you around making excuses and speaking in a condensing manner to you whenever you make a point. The website is an absolute joke. Your payment might come out, you might have to call, you might have to make two payments. Beware of this bank!
