      Deposited a check, hold for 10 days. The reasonings? I'm not so sure were valid, so I called the customer service line and as I suspected the decision to hold was not the reason that was given. So i was told to go to the branch and speak to the branch manager. Instead I called. I was assured that someone will call me next business day. So hopefully this will be rectified without me having to close out my account. I will update.

      I haven’t had any problems luckily. I see a lot of people complaining about overdrafts like the bank asked them to go over the money they don’t have? Anyway, Pros: I’ve always had nice people help me, I’ve never had any strange fees and my checks always go through on the mobile bank. Cons: not enough locations, atms don’t allow to deposit, and sometimes there’s a long wait to get helped.
