      If I could give this bank 0 stars, I would. Worst customer service experience with a bank I’ve ever had. They are very rude to their customers and should be ashamed of their actions. I understand that they don’t want to lose an account, but when I’m getting charged fees that are ridiculous please do not try to belittle the customer by saying “yeah that happens a lot.” With a response like that, I can not trust the banker with having the best intentions for me as a member. Also, yelling at customers is very unprofessional and should not be tolerated by a “professional” institution.
