      They charged me an overdraft fee of $102 when I had $301.68 in the bank then charged me another $34 NSF. Plus, they charged me $12/month to keep the account open.

      This review is in regard to the Zelle app which this bank has offered to its customers. It is the most inconvenient money transfer app EVER in my opinion. The first time I used it from an individual it took 6 days to receive money. This second time receiving from the same person it is taking 10 days. I could process a paper check through in a fraction of the time. This is not a reflection of the staff at this branch location, they are all great people and this should not reflect on the staff. However the only reason I use this bank was the optional hours most banks don't offer and especially for the Zelle app to make it easy for me to receive money from people remotely. Obviously Zelle is a miserable failure and so I have no reason to continue using this bank and once my funds do clear I will be closing my account.
