      This is a great bank. I like this location better than all the other ones I’ve been to. They are nice and professional here. They help me a lot here. The manager and the rest of the team are great here!

      Any bad review is from like 7 years ago that I’ve seen. This bank has never done me wrong and are actually open on the Mondays during pointless holidays. Easy to deposit and case. As well as using app I have never had any problems. I recommend. Also I was never charged a fee!

      Worst customer service ever. Would not help me at all first time around since I’m not the account holder,(even though I had the account holder on the phone ready to verify any information) which, that, I can understand. However, what’s not okay is the tone of carelessness, the tone that makes customers uneasy and unwelcome and not cared about. Second, when I came back with the account holder this rep proceded to laugh and joke with her colleagues and BLURT out how “Some people are SO ANNOYING” in mockery that she refused to help. If you don’t like your job then find something else but don’t take your bad choices out on other people. Won’t come to this location again because of this rep. She is the one pictured to the left.
