      The branch manager should be FIRED. Her name is Shelly Spencer and she is rude, disrespectful and very obnoxious. I went in to the branch to correct a mistake my lawyers made and she mad it nearly impossible to be cordial and nice. Why she had an attitude is beyond me but I felt I should worn others of how she goes about business.

      This is where I bank. I always thought when you open an account at a bank it is a symbol of trust. Me saying to the bank " I trust you to hold my money." And the bank saying to me "I trust you to bring me safe nonfraudulent checks to deposit in your account" which is why I don't mind giving them all my information address social security number ect. So why is it everytime I go to deposit a check in my account the cashier tells me they have to hold it for seven days.
