  Most of the staff do not have ways to attend, I say majority because I have been touched by one or another very kind. Some time ago I took a car from the dealer in Anaheim called Quality One Auto Sales. Well at the first request it failed me and I took it because according to everything I had it fixed and they didn't want to help me well I already fixed it and I thought that it would be all over the 5 years that I've had the car I've had to put a lot of hands on it work, in the past 5 months I've had the most expensive problems and I've been behind with the payments I stopped serving outright and then yesterday to ask them for a payment arrangement (extension) or try to tell them that if I'm aware that I'm going to pay it since I only need 800 dollars, because the lady who attended me told me very rudely saying that for the reason that the car does not work for me, I no longer expect them to forgive me the payment, of course I did not just call so they can see that I am so far of my account, but she did not take it from another side, also the times that I have been touched by people like that, they claim as if they were the owners of the financial company, saying that why I have not given them their payment that they cannot be waiting for me with their money, they are only one and employees who should be more understandable and friendly but are quite the opposite. So unfortunately I've had a bad experience with them. I do not recommend it if I could put 0 stars I would

  this is the worse company to ever come to I promise. staff is very unprofessional. a lady literally just told me if I keep talking to her crazy she wasn’t going to transfer me to speak to anyone else. when I got my car repoed they added on so many fees that I have never heard of before. i ended up paying the amount I owed and still had to wait over a week to get my car back. I do not refer anyone to come to this company. it’s such a scam from left to right. they do not care about they customers or anything they have going on. they only care about the money. if I could give zero stars I promise I would.
