      Weren't prepared for an appointment so had to reschedule, didn't say if you needed your husband/wife signature. Unwilling to make an appointment for the other persons signature so just canceled, now we aren't able to build our home because they weren't prepared and/or gave a notice about a second person signature. I thought that this bank would be professionals but I guess I was wrong from the lack of responsibility the bank has.
