  Within 60 seconds of us sitting down with the teller I had to ask her to lower her voice as my friend was opening an account and didn’t need the entire silent bank to know her. She was very rude from the start but after asking her to lower her voice it all went downhill. Do not go to this bank. They lied to my friend about something very important. It could have been very impactful on her life had she not caught the mistake herself. So unprofessional.

  Fast service! This bank will sue you while you are away on Christmas vacation and have a default judgment waiting for you when you return. Start to finish in 8 days (5 business days) wow! They either dropped the ball or straight up tried to SCAM me a number of times. They even tried to charge me for NOT using their billpay service. Then they claim that somehow my OPT-OUT account that was supposed to be CLOSED went from $0.60 to -$500 while I was out of town on business. You KNOW this is an honest review because this is a sue happy bank and they would have the sherrif out to serve me a slander or libel suit within the week if even a single word of this review was untrue. When I called to speak with someone they REFUSED to give me the name of their registered agent so I could file a countersuit. The lady ACTUALLY pretended she didn't know what a registered agent was, and threatened to hang up on me. Finally, after informing her she was legally required to provide the name of her registered agent and it should be listed right on their business license, she said she would call me back with it. She never did, and when I called back the bank wouldn't even connect me with Julia saying they had 4 Julias AND couldn't be held responsible for what any given Julia might have said. (names slightly changed to protect the guilty) I HIGHLY reccomend the other bank in town! They may be a tiny bank of local yokels, but at least they don't try to SCAM their customers.
