I am changing my review. This bank was very nice to me and I was a good customer of theirs for quite a while until I needed help for one fee and they then were very rude to me for even asking if they could help me. So then I went to go transfer banks and wasn't going to close my accounts for a couple weeks till I had all my auto payments transferred. Well be aware!! If you let your account go to zero they will automatically close your account without your knowledge! So because of that I am now dealing with multiple auto payments that did not go through and got returned!
