      A big kudos to Heidi for her efficiency and professionalism! I had tried for a month to get a loan from my employer and it was just too much hassle so I went back to FECU where I had done business before. Heidi made the process so easy! She got the payoff for me and kept me updated each time something would happen. Long story short, she got me a loan in ONE day! Thank you Heidi and FECU for helping me again!! 5 stars!!!!
