Love this credit union! All the bank employees are friendly and helpful ... more like a family than a regular bank. Also fees are low or non-existant! They work WITH you--not against you. I also like the fact that the money us all local. I highly recommend this credit union over any big bank!

online transfer balance transactions kept getting cancelled. Call their number and it's customer no service and they never call back. Just leave minimum balance in this facility, they are horrible!

This has to be the absolute WORST bank I have ever dealt with. In so many words they stole $500 from my checking account. I have sent numerous emails, I have called several times and either no one knows what is going on or the manager (Jamie not sure of her last name or worker id she refused to provide) yelling and going back and forther with me as if I am not a client and doing business with this establishment. I have had an issue since Feb 28th and it is now March 11th and it is still going on. There is no communication as far as your account I'm not sure if it has anything to do with their new app but as far as knowing what is going on with your money you are not well informed. I havr turned on my notifications in all ways possible to mame sure I receive all information in regards to my account but that still does not help. If you value customer service and workers that speak to you with respect because your hard earn money resides in their care, this is not the bank for you.
