      The bank that I use, fast service but I have felt that one of them there is normally rude so I normally try to go to the downtown Kokomo one, but the rest of the employees are nice here.

      They close earlier than what their hours state. Awful to do that, especially when you're rushing to get there by close, and they've taken it upon themselves to close early.

      I opened an acct here because it's the only bank in Greentown. The people workking are RUDE with a smile on their face every time I go inside. they are never busy, but sure let me know what a HUGE inconvenience my being there is to them. I don't have loads of money in my account, so I'm no threat when I say I'm closing my acct, but I hear the same comments from individuals as well as business owners here in Greentown. Someone with the power to do so should Fix this. Customer service at McDonald's is more accommodating and polite, and most of them are teenagers.... 🤔
