      Definitely not about customer service. If u get there 3 minutes before closing they will not take that 3 minutes to help u they'll just tell u to come back tomorrow. Seperate visit: Also they don't offer cashier's checks free to customers like most banks do, and they act like whatever they were doing b4 you walked in is more important than you and you are inconveniencing them by being there.
