      I’ve tried to speak to bank representatives over the phone and in person about my loan and they say they’ll get back to me but never do! I went in person to submit an automatic payment form and the guy said he’d take care of that for me. Time comes around for the payment to be made and it’s LATE. Never had the automatic payments set up. I also signed up for online banking, but all it does is show me my account details and remainder of the loan; can’t even make online payments. Any future loan or banking, I would NOT consider first federal.
