  I have been coming to this bank for many years, thru all the mergers, however the staff has remained courteous. I plan to be a long standing customer.

  You want a bank that constantly messes with your money? This is it! I opened an account with them just to have a spare one and it has been nothing but issues since day one. They will place holds on your money anything over $200 and it is discretionary for whoever receives the money it is not a policy they HAVE to follow and that was told to me by someone at corporate. I just tried again to give them a second chance after I was told previously that there would be no more holds placed on my checks, and they placed another hold on my PRINTED check with all of the multi million dollars company information on it not a personal hand written check. I thought Bank of America was bad First Federal is way worse. I wouldn't trust them with $1 and will absolutely be closing my account with them.

  If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Worse bank EVER!!!! Client service is a DISASTER, ecah time I call they find a new mistake on their end, and everyone that talks to me says something different. I HATE THIS BANK! I will refinance soon so I can take my money elsewhere!
