      THE WORST 12 +months of banking experience ever! Unprofessional employees from the drive thru tellers to the so called "branch managers". Unorganized and absolutely NO common rules across the branches. What a living nightmare!

      DO NOT USE THIS BANK! Mom sent 2 checks 1 for the electric bill the other for the trash tax, from her online banking. The bank sent the checks from an invalid account. And then bounced the checks when the electric company tried to cash them. Despite admitting that this was their fault, they hung up when asked why the checks were mailed in the first place, and basically said they would not help with fees from the electric company. So, if they mess you over, it's your fault, and unless the electric company helps we're just out two bounced check fees. This was either intentional or complete ineptitude.
