      Canceling an old man's debit card because it's used more often than in the past is unjust & an abuse of power. This bank knows he's had to move his grandson in and around the clock help to take care of him & his business. His rights were violated when the bank decided to cut his debit card off before asking him. Now he has to go to the bank to have access to his own money & he's not in good health. Yea that's what I call 'making sure he's not being taken advantage of'. First Federal bank needs to fire the person who authorized this action.
