      My husband and I have been customers of this bank for over 10 years. The vast majority of our time has been pretty uneventful which is a good thing. We get quick efficient service. The tellers are always personable and ready to answer any questions we have. Recently we had an issue occur in our family and our daughter was hospitalized. With extra expenses our checking account got seriously out of control and we were assessed (rightly so) several overdraft fees. When I called and asked for a little help they were very gracious and waived a few of the fees and were very kind and patient in listening to our situation. They went above and beyond however by sending a personal card to our home signed by many of the employees from our Zona Rosa branch wishing us well. Even the smallest gesture makes such a difference in a trying time. I can't thank them enough for just being kind. Rebecca Enna
