      App for mobile banking completely nonfunctional Saturday, Sunday, Monday. Won't load at all. Tried uninstalling it and downloading the app again from the play store. Nothing. Finally call the bank Tuesday to find out what the deal is. They'll let IT know. This is the first they've heard. They don't know anything about it. ??? Seriously? I'm the only person out of how many thousands of customers who bothered to call about this after 3 and a half days? Yeah right. It's mind boggling how they could possibly be so uninformed about their own app crashing. What other internal failures are they ignorant about? Is my money even safe with them?
