      As a REALTOR, I refer my clients to vendors that I know that will get the job done and at a great value. First Fidelis is one of those vendors. First Fidelis works with over 20 banks and offers more loan programs than any lender I know of in Kansas City. Most lenders work with 2 or 3 banks and have only a few programs and rates to offer borrowers. Last week I had a VA client close with a rate below 3%. At the time my client locked on a rate, all of the other lenders were quoting between 3.25% to 3.75%. One of the low ratings on this site was from a borrower who applied for credit and stated their income was X. When their income was verified, their income was much lower than what they stated. Like any mortgage lender, First Fidelis will need to verify what information is supplied on an application.I would highly recommend First Fidelis if you are looking to finance or refinance.
