      My initial experience was good. 'Tis a beautiful large, seemingly empty building. Had to go on walkabout to find somebody on both my visits, so far. Teller Shannon was a delight. Helpful, both times and acquired answers to every question. .. So far, so good. 😀👍

      I applied for a debit card almost two months ago and have still yet to receive it. I have difficulty getting out of my home and pay for most of my bills and shopping online. Due to not yet receiving my debit card, I have virtually no access to my money other than a direct in person withdrawal, which is useless for online transactions. If you need prompt service or support and complete most transactions online stay away. This is without a doubt the worst banking I have ever experienced. I should have never chosen first fidelity, absolutely incompetent.

      Very rude female in drive thru and you have to have an account in order to get a roll of quarters! Lol wow a bank requires you to have an account just to get quarters
