      Lady at the front counter has told me multiple times incorrect information only to turn around and ask someone that knows what they’re doing what the actual policies are. Then to find out I’m right and she’s not trained whatsoever it seems like. She’s been here a while and has no idea what she’s doing. Not very reassuring for someone that’s handling peoples finances. Very unprofessional. That reflects on management as well that they allow someone so impulsive and mislead to work here at all. Don’t be sorry that I didn’t receive 5 star rating. Do your jobs and train your staff and don’t let them speak and show their ignorance on a daily basis. This happened again today at 1145 am and has happened twice before I’ve dealt with the same person and same problem.

      It is a good bank, I have been working with them for more than 15 years and I have never had any problem when I have asked for loans for cars or houses, then they approve the loan and the people who work there are very attentive and very professional👍
