      Went through the drive-thru to pay my loan payment today. The teller ran the transaction and I started to drive away, however I looked at the receipt and saw it was dated for 2/12 not today's date 2/10. Since my payment was due today I went inside to have it fixed as I did not want a late fee if it came down to a prove it situation. There were only two tellers and neither had name tags. Once the one who was helping me finally called a manger at another location I was given a number to call on Monday and told they'd probably waive the late fee. Having worked in the banking industry I understand working on split days, but know that the receipt must also show the actual date the customer came into the branch. The tellers were rude and acted annoyed even tho I was the only person in the lobby and there was no one in the drive-thru. This is the 2nd incident I have found where First Fidelity has tried to attach a late fee to my loan when the account has been paid on time.
