  Really hate this bank… only have an account here because bank of america closed down (RIP). Charges keep going missing from my bank statement and then will get taken in and out over and over again. It makes it really hard to tell how much money I ACTUALLY have. Not only that, but the ATM will not let me deposit my checks (nor the app, but that is just the overall company not just the san angelo location). Additionally, the last couple of times that I have deposited a check it has taken like 5 business days for it to go into my account. All of my coworkers get their money within 1-2 days so I know it’s this bank. There is nothing wrong with the employees or customer service or anything just simply that the bank itself is complete garbage.

  Th bank has been steeling money from out account or at least a month . We caught them and they want return our money nor do anything . We gave them every thing they need from us and they continue to take money from us . WORST BANK EVER .. DO NOT BANK HERE . SAVE YOUR SELF SOME MONEY AND GO SOME WHERE ELSE A BANK WITH 3 star rating should be a 0 for stealing . TERRIBLE BANK
