      My husband and I have switched between several banks over the last several months, trying to find a bank that met our needs and felt like a good place to be. The biggest issue we found is that most banks tended to treat us like just another account. We switched to First Financial last week and have had the pleasure of working with Natalie Kidd and Nick. First thing I will say is that the customer service (in the branch and over the phone with customer service) is top notch. Everyone working there was very pleasant and had a smile on when they spoke with me. Each person I spoke with made me feel important and that they appreciated my business and not like just another account number. I'm happy to say that I think we will be banking here and building a relationship with First Financial for a very long time. Thank you First Financial for exceptional customer service.
