      Very courteous employees. However I needed a home equity loan or a refinance and they wouldn't help me. They wouldn't factor in all of the covid shutdowns when it came to our 2020 income. Banks should think about their customers first.

      Went into the bank to change $1 into 4 quarters and was told I had to pay $10 fee to do this transaction because I wasn’t a customer. I called the manager after leaving the bank and he stated that the teller was incorrect. I will never do business with this bank again. They should have a sign on the door....if you aren’t a customer don’t bother coming in.

      The absolute worst customer service in NW Indiana . Two different young ladie , one with a consistent smirk on her face would not process my transaction . The transaction was from same source that gets direct deposit weekly from a Premier business in NW Indiana . When a business is open and running without supervision as they said , it is a inconvience. I’am 60 yrs old and have never believed that this would’ve allowed to happen . Beware of the phony hello and persona . This account has been open for 20 years ....beware
