      Been banking here for about 3 years and I really can't complain much. They lay everything out in the account agreements, give you a good disclosure statement, and are very helpful whenever you have a problem. I don't even have to go in for half the small issues I've had, it's so nice. When I do go in, staff is friendly and personable, with reasonably quick service. I feel bad for some of the customers I've seen them endure, yet they still keep a positive attitude and a smile on their faces. Not to mention that they have good account offers that meet a variety of different needs.

      They said system is down and deposits from business not showing up at all when done before 2 including cash but they are still taking debit fractions out. They have done this before and I'm fed up and taking 2 of my accounts elsewhere. This bank has serious issues with there system crashing all the time and deposits can take up to 3 days to post normally.
